How this site handles your information, what's collected, how it's used, and what is never done with it. Updated September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects six pieces of data: gender, birth date, how you'd describe your health, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term. These go to the carriers' quoting service to fetch rates, but this website keeps no copy. Names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers are never collected during quoting. Repeated identical requests may use a temporary cache to avoid calling the quoting service twice.

Applying

When you apply, your six answers prefill the carriers' secure application, which operates under its own privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, processes the application on the carriers' platform.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, optional phone number, how you prefer we reach you back, what your message is about, and what you'd like to say. It arrives at the agency inbox; your email becomes the reply-to address. This site doesn't archive messages, maintain a submissions log, or store a record of what you wrote. A brief anti-spam check runs in your browser before you hit send.

Measurement

Visit counting on this site uses first-party, cookie-free analytics. Your IP is masked before storage; referring-page queries are stripped; raw logs expire after 90 days. If your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, you aren't counted at all.

What we do not do

We don't sell visitor data, buy or sell lists, use ads trackers, or install third-party analytics. The sole exception is the carriers' application form, which loads only if you visit the apply page.
